Flow Combat may process data required to operate sports events and answer sales requests.

• Contact data from organizers, clubs, athletes or representatives.
• Sports data required for registration, categories, weigh-in, brackets and results.
• Documents uploaded for validation when required by the event.
• Basic technical data for security, audit and abuse prevention.

Purpose

Data is used to administer events, validate requirements, process communications, operate results, comply with commercial agreements and improve system security.

Access and protection

Information access is limited by roles, permissions and operational need. Sensitive files are stored outside the public area of the site.

Payments

When online payments are available, processing will be performed through enabled providers. Flow Combat must not store complete payment card data in its own forms.
