Confidential information

Non-public information uploaded by organizers, federations, clubs, athletes or representatives is considered confidential, including validation documents, internal lists, commercial settings and event operational data.

Permitted use

Confidential information is used only to operate the event, provide support, verify requirements, maintain traceability and comply with commercial agreements associated with Flow Combat.

Access restriction

Access is controlled by roles and permissions. Public visibility is limited to information required for event tracking, results, brackets and rankings according to organizer configuration.

Attachments and documents

Documents sent through forms or validation modules are stored outside the public directory and must not be published without authorization or defined operational need.

Incidents

Any suspicion of improper access, information loss or unauthorized use must be reported to Flow Combat through the official contact channels.
